WestWaters Ballroom
The WestWaters Ballroom at Mercure Caroline Springs is the largest of our event spaces. It has a dedicated pre-function area, outdoor courtyard and a full service bar. The space can be transformed into a cocktail style or sit down event.
WestWaters Ballroom 1 & 2
The WestWaters Ballroom 1 & 2 is suitable for small to medium sized functions, cocktail and sit-down. The space has a fully serviced bar and can cater to a variety of functions with the inclusion of cocktail tables, large round tables and lounges depending on your event.
Panorama Room
The Panorama Room is located on Lake Caroline with gorgeous views of the surrounding area. With the option of being divided into two smaller rooms, the Panorama caters to sit-down and cocktail events.
Lake Lounge
The Lake Lounge is our newest event space located outside the Bistro Area on the bank of Lake Caroline. It is the ideal space for pre-dinner drinks and cocktail functions. Perfect for the warmer months.
