Reed My Way Dolcetto | Macedon Ranges, VIC
This is a bright, juicy and vibrant little gem! Dolcetto hails from Piedmont in Italy, and when made in the Macedon Ranges by Sierra Reed, you get cool climate combined with great winemaking delivering a smashable bold mix of blackberries, plums, dried herbs with this tiny little hint of liquorice.

Il Modo Sangrantino | Mildura, VIC
Hailing from the Campania region of Italy, Sangrantino grape works really well in the warmer climate of Australia making some spicy wines, with darker berries and is a great alternative to your usual medium-bodied Grenache Shiraz blends. Il Modo is crafted by Ray Nadeson (Lethbridge Wines, Between Five Bells). He has a background in Neuroscience, known for his work in creating pain relief medications. Well, that Sangrantino, in good measure, could perhaps cure your ailment and line up a good time with your loved ones. Such a delight!

Rising Gamay | Yarra Valley, VIC
Gamay is the cool kid and the quintessential alternative to Pinot Noir. You get a lighter style here with plenty of freshly picked raspberries, iris, peony flowers, with a subtle background note of potting soil. It is earthy, savoury, and appeals to drinkers looking for a pretty wine, easy(very easy) to drink, with a crunchy mouthfeel akin to biting into a cherry. Delish!

Il Modo Fiano | Mildura, VIC
Fiano is an ideal choice if you are a fan of Chardonnay. The difference is that Fiano is not
necessarily oaky but has some nut, waxy and spice characters that may appear oak-driven.
You can enjoy notes of pine, hazelnut, Asian pear, honeydew and a tiny hint of orange peel.
It goes perfectly with anything from creamy pasta to slow-cooked belly pork or a hearty chicken dish.
